Ingredients :
- 100ml of almond milk (or other milk)
- 1 espresso
- 1/2 banana
- 1 teaspoon of Recovery
- 1 teaspoon of oats
- 1 teaspoon of chocolate powder (not sweet)
- 2/3 ice cubes
Preparation :
Mix all the ingredients in a blender until you have a smooth texture. Serve !
